At Sally Outlet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your Sally Hair Dryer purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process for eligible items.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Return Method
Returns are processed online only via mail.
We do not accept in-store or in-person returns.

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged items (unless they arrived defective)
- Returns without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
