Important Christmas and New Year Order Cut-Off Information

As the most magical time of the year approaches, all of us at Sally Outlet are thrilled to help you bring joy and elegance into your celebrations with our hair styling products. To ensure your orders arrive in time for the holidays, we kindly ask that you take note of our order cut-off dates below.

NON-Festive Orders:

For standard orders throughout the year, please place your order before  10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (GMT -08:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles), and they will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be handled the next business day. 
These orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery estimated between 7–11 business days including transit time, depending on your location. 

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

📦 Holiday Season Orders

To ensure delivery before Christmas and New Year:

Please place your order by:

Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for the holidays due to increased seasonal demand and potential courier delays. We encourage customers to shop early to avoid disappointment.

📅 Regular (Non-Holiday) Orders

For orders placed during non-festive periods:

  • Orders placed before 8:00 AM (GMT -08:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
    (Monday – Friday).
     will typically be processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM (GMT -08:00) Pacific Time (Los Angeles)
    (Monday – Friday)
    will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery estimated between 5–7 business days, and estimated 7-11 business days depending on your location.
  • Please note: We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or USA and Canada public holidays.

  • Haven’t ordered yet?
    We’re still accepting orders after the cut-off date, but please note delivery before Christmas and New Year is not possible. We deeply appreciate your order and will do our best to deliver it as quickly as possible.
  • Need to cancel your order?
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@sallyoutlet.com (or use our customer support emails below). If the order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to issue a full refund.
  • Delivery delays:
    Once your package leaves our warehouse, it’s in the hands of our courier partners. While they work hard to meet delivery expectations, we cannot guarantee dates due to weather or high shipping volume during the holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
